Radio and Television Programming Program
The "Radio and Television Programming" program was established in 1995 within the Süleyman Demirel University Isparta Vocational School under the name "Radio and Television Broadcasting". It was renamed "Radio and Television Programming" in 2009.
Mission and Vision
Mission: To be an ethical, adaptable, and universally valued unit that equips students with the knowledge, practical skills, and competencies necessary to become ideal media professionals.
Vision: To be a department that follows developments in its field and creates value with its knowledge, application, and technical skills.
Education and Training
The Radio and Television Programming program aims to train mid-level personnel for public and private sector businesses in the field of radio and television broadcasting. Having an organic link with the media sector, the program trains students who follow current and technological developments, actively participate in informing the public, are equipped with professional ethics, and are proficient in practical processes.
In the 3+1 education system, students equipped with knowledge and skills receive training for three semesters at school and one semester in a workplace. After completing their two-year Associate's degree, graduates receive the title of "Radio and Television Technician".
Students are admitted to the program based on their TYT exam scores.
