Cosmetic Technology Program
 
It is a technical program that provides education and training to ensure students are equipped to work in R&D, quality control, production, sales, and marketing in the sectors they will serve. Cosmetic Technology Program students receive a two-year associate degree and earn the title of "Technician."
 
 
Career Opportunities for Cosmetic Technology Graduates
 
They can find employment in cosmetic industry organizations, cosmetic import and export companies, the chemical-pharmaceutical industry, and beauty institutes.
 
 
ISUBÜ TBMYO Cosmetic Technology Program
 
Isparta University of Applied Sciences, Vocational School of Technical Sciences, Department of Chemistry and Chemical Processing Technologies, Cosmetic Technology Program has been admitting students since the 2022-2023 Academic Year.

Our program implements "Workplace Vocational Education," which includes courses in the first three semesters and workplace practice in the fourth semester. Purpose

Thanks to the knowledge and skills they acquire in their training, graduates undertake tasks requiring high responsibility across a wide range of sectors. The program aims to raise creative and innovative individuals suitable for the cosmetic industry. It also aims to train intermediate-level personnel for the cosmetics field, helping to close the industry gap by providing students with professional knowledge, and preparing them as technical staff such as laboratory assistants and beauty experts who can be employed in the cosmetics sector. By training individuals who master scientific and technical principles in the production, quality control, and development processes of cosmetic products, the goal is to provide personnel compliant with quality standards in the industry.


Goal

This program is designed to meet both academic and industry expectations, aiming to ensure that students are employed in various fields such as R&D, production, quality control, and sales-marketing after graduation.
It aims to provide support for direct connection with the sector and preparation for the business world by offering industrial internships and cooperation opportunities to students.
Students are provided with skills to effectively communicate their designed projects, make presentations, and establish effective communication with customers.

A site visit was conducted to our school between November 12-15, 2023, by the Evaluation Team within the scope of the "Higher Education Quality Board (YÖKAK) Institutional External Evaluation Program."

Our program submitted an accreditation pre-application to the "Association for Vocational Education Evaluation and Accreditation (MEDEK)" in the Spring Semester of the 2024-2025 Academic Year (31.01.2025).
