Computer Programming Program
 
It is a technical program that provides education and training on software, hardware, database management systems, and internet technologies. Students in the Computer Programming Program earn the title of ‘Computer Technician’ by completing a two-year associate degree program.Isparta University of Applied Sciences (ISUBU) Technical Sciences Vocational School Computer Programming Program has successfully completed the evaluation process conducted by the Vocational Education and Training Quality Board (MEDEK) and earned MEDEK program accreditation. With this achievement, the program has also earned the right to use the Turkey Qualifications Framework (TYC) logo, which demonstrates its compliance with the national qualifications framework. The TYC logo certifies that the program's learning outcomes, quality processes, and qualification level are in line with national standards. Accreditation demonstrates that the program's educational quality, stakeholder collaboration, student-centered approach, continuous improvement efforts, and capacity to adapt to industry needs have been certified by an independent board.

ISUBU Vocational School of Computer Programming
 
Isparta University of Applied Sciences, School of Technical Sciences, Department of Computer Technologies, Computer Programming Program has been accepting students since the 2009-2010 academic year. 
 
The program course contents have been updated for the 2024-2025 academic year, and courses on current topics such as “Artificial Intelligence” have been added to the program as compulsory courses. For the department course contents page Click here.
 
Our program includes “Vocational Training in the Workplace,” which consists of three semesters of classroom instruction and a fourth semester of workplace training. Purpose

The Computer Programming Program is an associate degree program designed to meet the need for qualified mid-level personnel in the information technology sector. The Computer Programming Program at the Technical Sciences Vocational School of Isparta University of Applied Sciences enables students to master processes such as performing basic programming steps, creating data structures, developing applications, effectively using current office software, working with computer networks while ensuring information security, database design and management, software testing and debugging, etc.


Target

To train computer programmers equipped with up-to-date professional knowledge and skills by keeping abreast of developments in the field of information technology.
To train computer programmers who can develop algorithms, create program flowcharts, and establish basic programming steps.
To train computer programmers who can use programming languages to develop applications and know how to choose them according to their needs.
To train computer programmers who are proficient in database design and management processes.
To train computer programmers who can test software and debug errors.
To train qualified computer programmers to meet the demands and needs of the industry.
To support students in establishing direct connections with the industry and preparing for the business world by offering industrial internships and collaboration opportunities.
The goal is to equip students with the skills to effectively communicate their designed projects, make presentations, and establish effective communication with clients.
